Jonathan Cronstedt

 

Jonathan Cronstedt is an experienced owner-operator with a background in executive leadership, operations, and strategy. He has over 20 years of experience in various industries, including SaaS, mortgage finance, digital publishing, and direct sales. His most recent notable achievement was with Kajabi, a knowledge commerce platform, where while President, helped scale the company's Annual Recurring Revenue from $6 million to $100 million and achieved a valuation of $2 billion in just under 5 years.

Jonathan provides Apex Equity with strategic growth methods and positions their investments to become industry icons. He has shared his knowledge and success formula in his book titled "Billion Dollar Bullseye," which is set to be released in 2023. The book's Bullseye Formula provides insights and guidance for founders, owners, and operators looking to scale their businesses and achieve successful exits.

Jonathan Cronstedt is also a graduate of Concordia University and is actively involved in YPO (Young Presidents' Organization) and Tiger21.

Jonathan Sanchez

 

Jonathan leans on his transaction experience in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance to evaluate and develop new investment opportunities for Apex Equity.   As a Partner, he works strategically with management teams, providing guidance on several fronts.  Previously, Jonathan worked as an Investment Banker representing shareholders seeking liquidity in privately held assets and currently serves as the CFO for a pioneering Artificial Intelligence Software company in the Healthcare space.  He has an extensive Sales & Marketing background and has served as a strategy consultant for early-stage software companies.  Jonathan served Honorably in the United States Air Force as an Intelligence Analyst during Operation Iraqi Freedom and earned his MBA from Chapman University.
